Our Process Capabilities:
- Four lines: 62," 80," 80" and 96" (2-side coating each). Plus a 12"-pilot coater (R&D coater/laminations)
- Process: Gravure, knife-over-roll, floating knife and Meyer rod
- Chemistry: Solvent and aqueous
- Other: Slitting, re-winders, two-side coating and tri-laminations.
- Corona treatments (2-sided 90”)
Substrates Processed:
Films, Nonwovens, Wovens, Knits, Polyester (PET), Polyolefins (PE, PP) Vinyls, PEEK, PECK, PTFE, Nylon, Tedlar® (PVF), Kapton® (Polyimide), Tyvek®, Kevlar, Nomex®, as well as Fiberglass, foils and a variety of coated papers.
